JK apologizes for all the weeks that have gone by without a post from me. She has been taking pictures with a little gray camera, and she misplaced the battery charger so she could not send the pictures from the camera to my blog. But she found the charger, so now I can tell you all about my very exciting life in Raleigh.
Each morning when JK gets up for work, I take her place in bed and wait patiently for her to bring me my Morning Peanut Butter (transcriber's note: Aug takes his epilepsy medicine in peanut butter globs).
When Mr. Wolf gets out of bed, I'm ready for my First Nap of the Day. My best place to snooze is on my big pillow next to the Big Window.
I prefer my people to both be with me together, so I spend a lot of time waiting for JK to come home, or for Mr. Wolf to come home if he goes out.
My favorite time of day is when both JK and Mr. Wolf are home with me. If it is a good night, we might all bake something together:
Or maybe we will go to a cafe with outdoor tables and chairs so we can all have a nice dinner.
Or maybe we'll all go for a walk around the Lake near our house. It's not as big as our Old Lake in Chicago, but it has a lot of turtles and birds, and sometimes there is bread on the ground that little people drop when they are feeding the ducks. I like the duck bread!
On unlucky nights, I might get a bath....
| So humiliating. |
And then after a long day with my people, we are ready to go back where we started the day:
I always hope that this time JK won't notice me and I will get to keep my spot.
