Red Mango Delivery!

Mr. Wolf looooovves Red Mango frozen yogurt. Which is very lucky for me, since I love it too. Mr. Wolf and his sister when out for dinner the other night, and Mr. Wolf brought home a cup of Red Mango for JK for dessert. JK let me have the last part of her FroYo, since she could not eat it all.

This kind was called "Raspberry Cheesecake", and it was very delicious.  Three Cheers for Mr. Wolf and his FroYo love!

Food: Raspberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt
Rating: 4 out of 5 cheesy treats
Highlights: sweet, creamy, slightly cheese-like
Problems: even though it has the word "cheese" in the name, I had to try really hard to taste the cheese part.

Helping JK Clean the Apartment

Last night when JK got home from work, she told me that she was going to work all night to clean up the apartment. I understood why she said that, because our house was pretty messy. I decided to help JK every way that I could.

I started by helpfully licking her dinner plate clean after she finished her plate of noodles.

All ready for the dishwasher!
Then JK started cleaning out the closet and sorting the winter clothes and other stuff into piles. She called the piles"Put in Storage" and "Donate". JK said that she would give the "Donate" pile of clothes away, so I decided I had better test it out for comfyness before it was too late.

Why would you want to give away these nice soft clothes?
Finally, when all the dishes were done and the clothes were sorted, I helped get the bed nice and warm for her, so she could go to sleep after a good night's work.

I'm an excellent helper.

Breakfast in Bed

When Mr. Wolf is home, I prefer to stay in bed with him while JK gets out of bed to get ready for work. Sometimes, when JK has yogurt for breakfast, she will bring me the yogurt bowl lick even though I am still in bed. I will come out of the covers for that!

See those blankets behind me? That's a sleepy Mr. Wolf.

Yum! Yogurt! And then back to bed.

The Fanciest Cheese

Mr. Wolf bought a very special fancy cheese this weekend that was made with something called "truffles". Mr. Wolf said that it was made in Italy, and it was the fanciest cheese he had ever brought home from the store.

I was so excited to try this cheese! Mr. Wolf said that I could have a little bit so I could review it on my blog.

Know how you can tell that I am excited? My tail is wagging so fast, you can't see it in this picture!

Jump! I got it in one bite.

Food: Tartufo Fancy Truffle Cheese from Italy
Rating: 4 1/2 out of 5 cheesy treats
Highlights: I love all cheese, and it is a very tasty hard cheese. Interesting smell that I had never smelled before.
Problems: Tastes a little bit like dirt, not as fun to eat as Goat Cheese

Spring! Hooray!

When JK and Mr. Wolf took me outside for a walk this afternoon, I couldn't believe how warm it was! It was actually more than warm. It was hot! It had not been hot outside for so long, I didn't remember what it was like to feel warm. I had to take a break and just hang my tongue out for a minute so we could finish our walk.
I wish I would have had a long drink of water before we left!
But I was so happy to be outside, and see all the people. JK took me over into the grass to get a better look at the pretty flowers that come up in the spring.

Everyone outside seemed very happy. Probably because they were not wearing coats. I understand, because I do not like wearing my coat either. It was a very happy day to be outside with so many smiling people.

New Game

JK took a funny cardboard box shaped like a piece of chocolate cake and hid 2 of my peanut butter treats and one of the Squirrels inside the box. Then she gave me the box to figure out how to get to the treats. I really liked this game. I could smell the tasty treats, and I was very eager to find out how to get them out of the box. Eventually, I figured out that if I first pulled the Squirrel out of the box, I could fit my head into the box and get the treats.

Then, I figured out that if I keep pushing and tipping the box around all different ways, the tiny treats would fall out, and I wouldn't have to get the Squirrel out first. I could just tip the box over and the treats came out all by themselves.

This was a good game. I liked to play it.

Oh Happy Day

Do you know what is better than licks of goat cheese from JK's finger?

Snatching the goat cheese wrapper and licking all the little goat cheese bits out of the creases! Joy!

See how I use my foot to hold the wrapper still so I can get to all the tiny nooks and crannies?

Food: Goat Cheese licked straight from the wrapper
Rating: 5 out of 5 cheesey treats
Highlights: I love goat cheese more than almost anything in the whole world.
Problems: Only tiny bits of cheese were tucked into the wrapper folds. It was much more fun to eat that whole log of cheese out of the garbage a few weeks ago, but I did end up with a stomach ache after that...
